Financial Account and payment Information, such as your bank accounts you may use to source your investment funds, other related payment information and the cryptocurrency wallet addresses you may use to receive your BRIKbcs and revenue payout tokens, if any;
Information about your relationship to a company, such as your current occupation, job title and whether you are a beneficial owner or authorized signatory of the legal entity using the Service;
Feedback and correspondence, such as information you provide when you request information from us, receive customer support, or otherwise correspond with us, including by interacting with our pages on social networking online sites or services;
Marketing information, such as your preferences for receiving marketing communications and details about how you engage with our marketing communications;
Transaction Information: Information about the transactions you make on our Services, such as the name of the recipient, your name, the amount, and/or timestamp.
Employment Information: Office location, job title, and/or description of role.

In some cases, we may process additional data about you to ensure our Services are not used fraudulently or for other illicit activities. In such instances, processing is necessary for us to continue to perform our contract with you and others.

We handle sensitive information, such as your identification and financial data, so it is very important for us and our customers that we are actively monitoring, investigating, preventing and mitigating any potentially prohibited or illegal activities, enforcing our agreements with third parties, and/or violations of our posted user agreement or agreement for other Services. The data collected is processed in a non-personally-identifying form (IP anonymization). Google Inc. discloses this information only to third parties to the extent required by law. Google uses the Data collected to track and monitor the use of the BRIKbc’ s website. This Data is shared with other Google services. Google may use the collected Data to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network.
You can opt-out of having made your activity on the BRIKbc Site available to Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The add-on prevents the Google Analytics JavaScript (ga.js, analytics.js, and dc.js) from sharing information with Google Analytics about visits activity.

8. Retention of Data

BRIKbc will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.
